Student Enrollment Commitment

* By signing above, I understand that this enrollment commitment form and deposit is due annually by the tuition deposit deadline as outlined in the offer of enrollment letter for new students, and by February 28, 2024 for returning students.

* By signing above, I understand that thereafter, enrollment commitments will be considered alongside new applications and processed as they are received. Where there is a wait pool for a class, unconfirmed spots may be offered to new applicants.

* By signing above, I understand that the non-refundable tuition deposit of $400 must be received by Island Pacific School by the due date as outlined to confirm our child's place in the class.

* By signing above, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the IPS School Fees Payment Policy & Tuition Refund Policy.
