New Student Enrollment Commitment 2020-21

Thank you for confirming your child's enrollment at Island Pacific School!

Please complete, sign and submit this form along with the non-refundable tuition deposit of $400 to IPS.

The student registration package will be distributed digitally in mid-April and the fully completed enrollment package will be due by mid-May with tuition fee payments due in June.

    * By signing above, I understand that thereafter, enrollment commitments will be considered alongside new applications and processed as they are received. Where there is a wait pool for a class, unconfirmed spots may be offered to new applicants.

    * By signing above, I understand that the non-refundable tuition deposit of $400 must be received by Island Pacific School by the due date as outlined in the offer of enrollment letter to confirm our child's place in the class.
