How to apply for 2025-26 school year

Tuition and Bursaries
Tuition
- Island Pacific School is a not-for-profit organization.
- Tuition covers: essential operating costs, teacher salaries, learning resources, facility maintenance.
- Fundraising helps us enhance the student experience and bridge any gaps.
Fees breakdown:
Application fee upon applying – $400
Tuition deposit, upon applying. Amount deducted from tuition – $400
Activity fee – $1,322
Technology fee – $310
Note: All fees and deposits are non-refundable.
Student fundraising to support annual Discovery Week adventure: $175 (due April 30 of their starting year)
Additional annual fees may apply for learning support, based on the number of blocks per week:
One block – $1,200
Two blocks – $2,400
Three blocks $3,600
Bursaries
Since our founding in 1995, Island Pacific School has strived to make our school accessible to as many families as possible.
Our bursary program offers up to 50% support for families with demonstrated need.
- Priority reserved for current families.
- Bursaries are reassessed annually.
- Families must reapply each year.
For fairness and transparency, all bursary applications are managed independently through Apple Financial.
Application fee: $137.50
Submission deadline: January 31
Bursary decision: mid-March
