Bring Your Kids & Attend an Event! Wednesday, Feb 21, 2018, 6-8 pm
Have you ever wondered if teenagers experience anxiety keeping their Snapchat streaks or if rewards like sugar can serve as a motivator to perform better on a test? Just what is in Kombucha tea? What makes the best snowball? These are some of the questions the Grade 7 and 8 students are asking and hoping to find answers for their science fair projects.
Science Fair has become a favorite middles school activities for many students (and their teacher) as it gives them a chance to learn about things that they are interested in. By conducting experiments, they learn that they can find the answers to their own questions and it sparks a sense of wonder and curiosity that transfers to other aspects of their lives. Every year, the students become excited about their topic of choice and are keen to explore through the Scientific investigation process.
