You and Your Student are Invited to Experience IPS! Open House, Wed April 20
We are getting up to some good fun on April 20th and we’d like you to join us. Our senior students are hosting a fun afternoon of Earth Day events for the entire school. IPS is a unique little community; the more time you experience with us, the more you discover what makes us distinctly different independent school.
The Invitation: This is a chance for kids grade 5 and up to come and spend two hours at IPS and enjoy an afternoon of outdoor activities. And, they can bring a friend! The school will be divided into 8-10 groups with student leaders taking their “team” through various activities around the campus. It will be a good way for students to begin to familiarize themselves with a new setting.
When: Wednesday, April 20 from 12:30 – 2:30 pm
For Students: A fun afternoon of activities at IPS for kids ages Grade 5 and older. Bring a friend!
For Parents: An casual presentation by Ted Spear and our team, plus time with a panel of IPS parents to ask questions about IPS. Coffee & tea provided.
Off-island families can take the 12:00 from Horseshoe Bay. Note! Be at the ferry ticket booth 15 minutes early because ticket sales close 10 minutes before sailing. Consider purchasing an Experience Card to save 40% on all travel. Walk on the ferry and the IPS bus will be there to transport you to the school. The afternoon program ends at 2:30, so the IPS bus will transport families back to the 3:00 ferry.
