Full-time Home Stay Boarding – International Students
One of the many benefits of an IPS education is the opportunity for international students to study and live with Canadian families. This experience enriches the educational foundation on which our academic and co-curricular programs are built. International students live with local Bowen Island and West Vancouver families at an additional cost assumed by the applicant family. Additional medical insurance, home stay placement, and custodial fees apply. The total cost per month to establish a home stay arrangement is $900 above and beyond international student tuition fees.
Four-day Home Stay Boarding Option – B.C. Students
The possibility exists for middle school students living in the Whistler, Pemberton, North Vancouver, and other Lower Mainland areas to benefit from an IPS education by choosing a four-day, home stay, boarding option. In this IPS school residential model, off-island students live with highly qualified IPS families that reside on Bowen Island Monday through Friday. These same students spend weekends, holidays, and school breaks with their own families at their respective off-island homes. This gives other middle school students living in relative close proximity to Bowen Island the opportunity to experience a quality IPS education in a safe and nurturing home and community. The total cost per week to establish a four-day, home stay arrangement in this way is $140 above and beyond regular student tuition fees. Please contact Barb Bingham for more information.
